Summary of Course

I have made an attempt to keep this course simple and straight forward without the use of many scientific or dog behavior wording that may confuse newcomers or those experienced handlers from other countries who use different languages.

I want everyone to have an opportunity to learn and those of you who continue on in K9SAR training, through whatever means, are sure to learn the wording, phrases and what is most commonly used in their area as they gain experience offline.

Most of this course is actually done with your dog offline, at home in your spare time as you will soon learn in the coming sections.

This course is also taught in-person as a 3 Day Introduction Seminar and is the beginning course of our 6 month Masterclass to gain full certification to present to law enforcement, search and rescue groups and others to prove you and your dog have the skills needed to do this amazing work.

As an online student you can log-in to the course anytime to do the classwork and receive a certificate of attendance at the end of this course to show others you are learning these skills. You can return to this course forever, too, with lifetime access long.

You can also use this class as the 1st course of learning with us in-person as well.
